Plastic passes are available in lightweight (500 micron), medium weight (700 micron) or heavy weight (850 micron). Which weight you use much depends on how long you need to make use of the pass. This style of lanyard badge can be printed up to full colour one side or both sides and we also offer personalisation on each pass such as individual names, numbering and bar codes. A signature strip can also be added for additional security. Standard sizes are the traditional credit card dimensions of 85mm x 55mm, however for a more traditional 'backstage' lanyard badge the size of 70mm x 100mm is generally used. Other sizes and shapes are available such as circle, triangle, octagon, pentagon etc. All come with the option of being pre-punched with a hole or slot for attaching onto lanyards or clips.

The traditional laminated pass is still a great favourite for many tour managers, we can print the insert from one to full colour either single sided or double sided, then laminate (or encapsulate as it is technically known) in pouches ranging from sizes of A7 (105mm x 70mm) or badge which is 98mm x 66mm.

Our adhesive passes are printed onto self-adhesive satin cloth and are ideal for a one-time use pass. Other styles of passes we manufacture for a lanyard badge include self-seal passes, an economical pass which can be produced 'on site' without the aid of a laminating machine thus giving an instant security pass for any outside event or festival. Alternatively we can offer multi-part passes which are a similar style of lanyard badge but need to be run through a laminating machine.
