Printed lanyards are a great way for advertising your company or event as they are an excellent visual means of identification.

We have two different techniques for printed lanyards:

The most cost efficient is called screen printing where the ink is printed on the surface of the material in a similar process to t-shirt printing. The ink appears to be slightly raised on the surface. Four different widths are available ­ 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm. We can colour match to the pantone matching system and print up to 4 solid colours on one or both sides of the fabric.

The other method of printing we use is dye sublimation. This process is where a plate is laser engraved for transfer paper to be produced, and then the transfer paper relays the ink by heat transfer printing directly onto the lace. The main benefit with this system of printing is that close register and intricate designs can be reproduced with an exceptionally well-defined printed result. All colours are pantone matched and we offer three widths of lace ­10mm, 15mm and 20mm. We stock a wide range of materials ranging from smooth polyester to satin ribbon. An added benefit of dye sublimation printed lanyards is they can be washed in your washing machine and be used time and time again!

We offer a free design service for printed lanyards. We will calculate the repeat length (spacing between each set of text and/or logo) for the lanyard and set the artwork in the actual colours and email a pdf for approval before printing commences.

The lanyards can be made to any length you require. The standard length for hanging around your neck is 86 ­ 90cm which is ideal for attaching onto your ID pass or mobile phone. Another popular type of printed lanyard is where a shorter lanyard measuring approximately 40cm can be put around your wrist for a variety of uses such as camera or even panic alarms.
